关于退会


乐上优品会员(含消费商或高级消费商)可以在加入后的7天内提出取消会员资格申请。会员需要通过邮件的方式提出正式申请,申请邮箱需要与会员注册邮箱保持一致。会员本人需要提供会员名字, 地址, 电话, 取消理由并附上会员的有效证件 (如驾照,护照)。 在取消会员资格后, 6个月后才有资格再次加入. 书面申请至 marketing@Joyup.com

关于换货


乐上优品的会员可以在收到产品的7天内提出换货申请(食品除外), 会员本人需要提供会员名字, 地址, 电话及换货理由. 公司收到退回并检验产品没有开包装后的三个工作天内会将换货产品寄出. 申请可发邮件至marketing@Joyup.com

Membership Cancellation


Joyup member may cancel his/her membership within 7 days after signed up date. Member need to provide written notice that includes the member name, address, phone number, cancel reason and a valid ID (ex, Driver license/Passport). Cancelled member cannot sign up again within 6 months. Request send to marketing@joyuoonline.com

Exchange Products


Joyup member may exchange the products (expert food) within 7 days after received the package. Member need to provide written notice that includes member name, address, phone number and exchange reason. After Joyup has received and inspected the original package, we will ship the exchanged product(s) within 3 business days. Request send to marketing@joyuoonline.com
